Return and refund policy – Subh Bandhan


At Subh Bandhan, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Replacement Policy carefully before placing an order.

1-Day Replacement Policy

We have a 1-day replacement policy, which means you have 1 day after receiving your item to request a replacement.

Important Points About Our Replacement Policy
• NO RETURNS OR REPLACEMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR PERSONAL PREFERENCES, CHANGE OF MIND, OR PRODUCT EXPECTATIONS.
• Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for customer reference before purchase.
• REPLACEMENTS WILL ONLY BE ISSUED AFTER INSPECTION.
• AN UNBOXING VIDEO IS MANDATORY TO INITIATE ANY REPLACEMENT REQUEST.

Partial Prepaid with Cash on Delivery (COD)

The nominal advance amount charged on Partial Prepaid COD orders is non-refundable.

In case of RTO (Return to Origin) due to customer unavailability, refusal, or incorrect address, the advance amount may be adjusted against a future order placed with Subh Bandhan.

Eligible Cases for 1-Day Replacement

Our 1-day replacement policy applies only in the following situations:
• Wrong item received (must be verified through an unboxing video).
• Damaged or defective item received (must be verified through an unboxing video).

Cases Not Eligible for Replacement

The following cases are not covered under our replacement policy:
• Any product damaged by the customer after delivery.
• Any product that has been used, altered, or improperly handled.
• Any product not returned in its original packaging.
• Any product not in its original condition.

To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned with original packaging and inserts.

6-Month Color Fading Replacement Policy

All Subh Bandhan products are covered under a 6-month replacement policy for manufacturing-related color fading issues.

Customers may share product photographs with our support team to request a one-time replacement.

Conditions:
• A flat ₹100 Shipping & Handling fee must be prepaid.
• Cash on Delivery is not available for this fee.
• Customers may keep the original product or return it at their own expense.
• Physical damage caused by misuse is not covered under this policy.

Additional Terms
• Based on photographs and videos submitted by the customer, our team will determine whether a replacement request qualifies.
• The decision of Subh Bandhan regarding replacement eligibility shall be final.
• If a prepaid order cannot be delivered due to customer unavailability, refusal, or incorrect address, shipping charges may be deducted from any applicable refund or store credit.
• Customers are responsible for checking the COD amount before making payment to the delivery executive.
• Requests received after the replacement window has expired will not be entertained.

Store Credit Policy

Approved return or replacement requests may be issued as:
• Store Credit
• Discount Code
• Gift Voucher

usable on future purchases from Subh Bandhan.

Refunds to bank accounts, UPI IDs, or payment methods are generally not provided except in exceptional circumstances.

Refunds

Refunds to the original payment method may be considered only in exceptional cases such as:
• Excessive delivery delays.
• Repeated delivery of damaged or incorrect items.

Once approved, refunds may take 4–5 business days to reflect in the customer’s account depending on banking and payment gateway processing timelines.

How to Request a Replacement
1. Contact our support team within 1 day of receiving the order.
2. Share your Order Number.
3. Submit an unboxing video along with photographs of the issue.
4. Our team will review the request.
5. If approved, replacement instructions will be provided.

If return pickup service is unavailable in your area, you may be required to courier the product to us. The replacement will be processed after the product is received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or replacement unless received damaged or incorrect:
• Clearance or sale items.
• Gift cards.
• Customized or personalized products.
• Any special-category products specifically marked as non-returnable.
