How to wear?

We offer free delivery on all orders over ₹299. We pay from our pocket for getting the product delivered to you. In fact, we lose a lot of money if your delivery doesn't happen and the product is returned to us.

So when you place your order, please provide complete address and accept the order when the courier partner comes for delivery.

For Prepaid orders: There is no order verification time. We will ship your order within 1 day and we will try to get it delivered to you within 4-5 days.

For Cash on Delivery orders: Please expect 1-2 days for order verification, and another day for processing, and a few more days for delivery. In total, you should have your product within 1 week.

At Subh Bandhan, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and replacement policy carefully before placing an order.

7-Day Replacement Policy

We offer a 7-day replacement policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement:

• An unboxing video is mandatory.
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• The replacement request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible Cases for Replacement

Replacement will be provided only in the following situations:

• Wrong product received.
• Damaged product received.
• Manufacturing defect in the product.
• Missing items in the package.

Cases Not Covered

Replacement or return will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind.
• Personal preferences.
• Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality.
• Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling.
• Products without original packaging.

4. Our team will review the request within 24–48 hours.

Refund Policy

Currently, we do not offer cash refunds. Approved cases will be provided with:

• A replacement product, or
• Store credit (if replacement is unavailable).
